Additional Background

I believe my business career more than adequately provides me a base to handle the pressure and responsibility of representing the residents of the "Heathcote" electorate. Having successfully created three "start-up" businesses, I would view becoming a MP as another exciting challenge and continuation of the business mentoring role I already have had with the 3 businesses.

"Heathcote" covers 2 local government areas and having lived in the "Shire" for 46 years (including playing 3rd grade representative soccer) and the last 14 years at Helensburgh, believe I have an understanding of both areas. My first job just before turning 16 whilst completing the School Certificate was at the Engadine TAB - a great learning experience over 3 years that provided many skills for later life.

My introduction to "politics" was quite accidental some 4 years ago.
